Leon McCawley – piano
Leon McCawley came to prominence in 1993 when he won first prize in the International Beethoven Piano Competition in Vienna and second prize at the Leeds International Piano Competition. Since then, he has established himself as a pianist of great integrity and variety, bringing freshness and vitality to Classical, Romantic and 20th century repertoire.
We are delighted to welcome back to Cockermouth this great piano soloist.
