Young Persons’ Concert

The Young Persons’ Concert offers an opportunity for children of primary and secondary school ages to perform in front of a supportive audience.  Among the schools taking part are Cockermouth Secondary and Fairfield Junior Schools.  Abilities will vary, often depending on age.  There will be a wide range of musical genres and a wider range of instruments than just orchestral.  This is for you if you are a parent or grandparent and if you wish to encourage musicianship amongst the young.  Be prepared to be impressed.

Programme available on the night.  Tickets:  Members free:  £5.00 per adult, accompanied children (and performers) free.
