Montenegrin Cellist Kosta Popovic Is currently pursuing his Master’s degree with Louise Hopkins at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. For four years Kosta was the Cellist of the Fibonacci Quartet.  With his colleagues, he regularly performed at music festivals in the UK and abroad.  Notable appearances include performances on BBC Radio 3 In Tune and Podium Witteman, Schiermonnikoog Chamber Music Festival as well as Art Amanti Chamber Music Festival. Most recently Kosta won the 71st Royal Over-Seas League Music Competition (Chamber Music) and The CAVATINA Chamber Music Competition.

He studied at the International Chamber Music Institute at Reina Sofia School of Music as well as the Dutch String Quartet Academy (NSKA).

This Summer Kosta took part Encuentro de Música y Academia de Santander. He attended the International Summer Academy in Vienna where he performed with Laura Aikin.  Kosta is the 2023/24 LSO String Experience player and will make a number of appearances with the London Symphony Orchestra in the coming months.

Kosta’s Postgraduate studies are supported by the Ian Fleming Award and Countess of Munster Musical Trust Study Grant as well as Derek Butler Trust.

Luke Lally Maguire is a London based pianist currently studying at Guildhall School of Music and Drama where he has recently completed his Masters in Performance. Luke is currently continuing his studies at Guildhall on the Artist Diploma programme. He also holds a Bachelor of Music from TUDublin Conservatoire.

An experienced performer both in competitions and on the concert platform, Luke made his solo recital debut in the National Concert Hall, Dublin in January 2023. In February that same year, he performed in Wigmore Hall as part of the Irish Heritage Music Bursary auditions where he was the recipient of the Music Bursary for Performance. Most recently, Luke was a multiple first prize winner in the 2024 Feis Ceoil, Ireland’s leading classical music competition for both solo and collaborative performance.

A versatile pianist, Luke is also in demand as an accompanist and chamber musician, frequently performing in collaborations for recitals and concerts. He is a member of Trio Casella, a multiple award winning piano trio based in London. Luke was also a member of the 2020/21 Irish National Opera Studio where he held the position of assistant repetiteur, a tutor or coach of singers.
